In this episode, we talk with Mark Burlinson, Senior Leader of Catch The Fire Myrtle Beach. Mark Burlinson, and his wife Jane, lead Catch The Fire Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Their calling is to be releasers of destiny. Mark and Jane moved from England to join the leadership team in Toronto, where they flourished for almost five years. They left Toronto in late 2002, to join Jack and Trisha Frost, and Shiloh Place Ministries, imparting the Father’s love in schools and churches across the USA, and around the world. After a season as an Executive Pastor in a local church and Executive Director of a ministers’ fellowship, Mark and Jane were blessed to plant Catch The Fire Myrtle Beach in 2017. Since then, through challenges and triumphs, Mark and Jane have birthed a growing church family which values each person becoming connected, healthy, and fruitful. Mark is an independent, certified coach trainer with Life Languages International and Jane is a highly-regarded piano teacher. They have three adult sons and hold three citizenships.

He serves as a co-leader of the Leaders Alliance Marketplace Catalyst group, and is an elder and board member of his local church. With over 45 years of ministry and church leadership roles, he has had the opportunity to experience first-hand the wonderful brilliance and challenges of the local church. He’s currently working to see every member empowered to bring the kingdom of heaven to their personal scope of impact. As a former IBM Distinguished Engineer leading solution development, he saw first-hand how spiritual gifts play key roles in the marketplace, as well as in the church. Linton has a Ph.D in Physics from North Carolina State University.

Bruce Nelson served as Chief Executive Officer of Office Depot from July 2000 to October 2004 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2004. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Office Depot from August 1998 to October 2004. Prior to joining Office Depot, Bruce spent over 35 years in the global Office Products industry in a number of senior management and leadership and positions.

Since his retirement from Office Depot, Bruce has served on both nonprofit and privately held company boards. He is actively engaged in Reverence Farms, a 1st generation family owned and operated 400-acre diversified dairy and livestock and farm in Saxapahaw, NC. Bruce graduated Idaho State University in1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree and double majored in accounting and economics. In 1985 he attended Stanford University’s Executive Program. He has been married over 56 years to his wife LaVaun. They have two adult children, a son-in-law and a granddaughter who are all engaged in Reverence Farms.

Bruce is now devoting his life to serving Jesus Christ and spreading the good news of the Gospel. He is currently enrolled in Dominion Bible Institute, pursuing a two-year on-line degree in Ministry.
