Jessika is the Emerging Leader Catalyst Group Leader for Leaders Alliance. In addition, Jessika is the Founder of Yielded Ministries, ministering to those that are unreached with the Gospel or vulnerable through war, poverty, or other humanitarian issues. Jessika helped start a school of ministry for the 16,000 member church Igreja da Cidade in Sao Jose dos Campos Brazil, and was the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) Earl Johnson Award Winner. 

In this episode, Michael and Diane Brodeur talk with John and Carol Arnott concerning God's love and leadership. John and Carol Arnott are the Founding Pastors and Presidents Catch the Fire as well as Overseers of Partners in Harvest Network of Churches. As international speakers, John and Carol have become known for their ministry of Revival in the context of the Father’s saving and restoring Love, As the Holy Spirit moves with signs and wonders, they have seen millions of lives touched and changed through God's power and Christ's love.

John attended Tyndale College in the late 1960's and then pursued a successful career in business. In 1980, while on a ministry trip to Indonesia, John and Carol responded to God's call on their lives for full-time ministry. Upon returning home, they started Jubilee Christian Fellowship in Stratford, Ontario in 1981. The Lord then called them to Toronto in 1987, where TACF (now known as Catch the Fire) was started. In January 1994, through a sovereign outpouring of the Holy Spirit, revival exploded into protracted meetings, and TACF came to the world's attention as a place where God was meeting with His people.

In this episode, Michael Brodeur and Mike Frank interview Garth Jestley! Jestley is Vice Chairman of Middlefield Group and a member of the board of directors for Catch The Fire Toronto and Teen Challenge Canada. He is the author of More Than Your Business Card: A Wake-up Call for Leaders Desiring to Follow Jesus in the Marketplace.

Over the course of his business career, Garth has held many senior leadership positions including, Vice President of Citibank, Vice President of Bank of Montreal, and CEO of Middlefield Group’s core investment management business. For several years, Garth served as Executive Director of LeaderImpact, with the mission to help marketplace leaders across Canada and around the world explore the relevance of faith in God in their professional and personal lives. Garth and his wife Mary are involved in various church leadership roles and enjoy spending time with their four children and nine grandchildren.
