In this episode, Michael and Diane Brodeur interview Jessika Tate about how to connect to the emerging generation leaders. Jessika shares leadership keys on how to develop younger leaders. She answers the question "How do we approach this generation?"

Jessika is the Emerging Leader Catalyst Group Leader for Leaders Alliance. In addition, Jessika is the Founder of Yielded Ministries, ministering to those that are unreached with the Gospel or vulnerable through war, poverty, or other humanitarian issues. Jessika helped start a school of ministry for the 16,000 member church Igreja da Cidade in Sao Jose dos Campos Brazil, and was the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) Earl Johnson Award Winner.
